A determined man with a strong character made up of cheerfulness, passion and instinct. He is an artist: he plays proficiently with his homeland’s products combining them with Piedmont’s products: his love’s land, his wife’s home. His name is Antonino Cannavacciuolo, Grand Chef Relais & Chateaux, and he works in Villa Crespi on Lake Orta.
No limits, no scruples, he dares, he changes, he experiences and in the meantime he gains a lot of approvals and support and thousands of smiles from his guests: the most important gift.
